bandwidth control with simple queues with problem RB 1100AHx

Hi,

I have a serious problem on my 1100 RB AHx2 V 6.12’m using it just to do bandwidth control for my clients and static route, she is doing perfeitamento control, only in certain time the customer traffic drops considerably, is a 7 minutes limited to all customers with low traffic after a while the traffic back to normal, not existema high throughput in RB.
Someone is going through it? Can you help me?

Could it be reaching its max limit?
I think its an aggregate of total connections, so combined.
Mine look like this and seems to be working as expected, utilizing Simple Queues, using the queue types for the configuration.
