I am using ver 3.22. Set a hotspot and using radius to authenticate clients. I restrict bandwidth in UserManager. when Clients login, some how bandwidth restriction is not working and he gets whole bandwidth. When I goto to queue screen in winbox, a queue is created but queue does not shows any activity is term of TX/RX.
I have not had that problem, but the first thing I would check is the “Target Address” for user “64” on the simple queue list and the ip address for user “64” in “/ip hotspot active”. Are they the same ip?
Did you check under user profile setting if you sets the rx/tx too? i dont think if you set rx/tx under user profile and set another on queue you will get good result. I suggest as well you update your version to current if you can, but mind you, after you upgrade if you are on level 4 license, you must update the license if not, will expire within 71hrs on mispe.
