Can i make with my MikroTik RouterOS Bandwidth Shaper .?!
and How can i do that . Plz i need Someone Help me iam read the Manual
and i need Example to do that plzzzzzz , i dont need someone say to me
go to there or to there link .

Basic answer to your question is: YES. It requires basic networking knowledge and carefull reading of Mikrotik manual, where you find lot of examples. Universal answer to your unconcrete question does not exist. I tried to help you but it is very hard to help when you are not able to post your actual configuration (if I correctly remember your previous posts easily identified by words plzzzzzz).

first i want say thank u very mutch for ur help for all guys here in this fourm ,
and i will post my configration as soon as posible coz i have another
problem in mikrotik . 
i dont know why i have trouble when i finish my install and inter IP and
Route coz iam use WinBox to add config. and when i use HotSpot my
mikrotik dose not work , i dont know why .
so plz dont distrube from me and i hope i become prof. with MikroTik .
