Best Radius server to use on A Mikrotik WISP

I am looking for a Radius software for managing bandwidth on my WISP. I want a software than can have contention ratio specified, can do burst, dedicated and shared bandwidth packages.

My Network is basically comprising of Omnitik APs, and client devices as CPEs. The Backbone links use RB433AH in bridge mode. I have about 500 customers on my network.
