Best wi-fi coverage with single router: Audience, AC3, Chateau?

Hello,
For a medium size apartment with brick walls (a lot of neighbours too), I am currently using hap ac2, and the signal in the far room is little weak. Like -85@2.4. Before going CAP, I have a hope to improve signal by one the of new devices, Audience, AC3 or Chateau, plus I will try better placing, but which one is better for pure wifi coverage? No LTE, no meshing, no cost considerations, just best wifi ap for 10+ devices.
Like this data is confusing to me:
Name Chateau Audience hAP ac³ LTE6 kit
AC speed AC1200 N/A AC1200
Antenna gain 3 3.5 3
Antenna gain dBi for Wireless 2 5.5 4.5 5.5
Antenna gain dBi for Wireless 3 N/A 4.5 N/A
Antenna header count 8 4 8
Operating System RouterOS N/A RouterOS

However, my AC^2 has 2.5 gain on all antennas. What would device would work best?

As they all are using same software and mostly also same hardware or parts, then what better result You are expecting? Anyway, just search in this forum for words “bad wifi” and then make Your decision. I personally suggest You to get accesspoint from some manufacturer who makes mobile phones/routers and connect it with lan to hap.

Audience should have the best coverage, also the design is more upright and from personal experience, covers really large areas.
