Block trafic for non DHCP IP's

Hi all.

I’m looking on a way to block traffic for static IP’s on a 433 board.

What i mean is that if you did not receive address from DHCP you will not have Internet even if your static settings are configured correctly

Is it possible? if yes what is the way to implement?
