By using WebRTC protocol browsers are leaking private IP addresses. There isn’t even a way to block this controversial protocol in Google Chrome browser. WTF!!!
Is there any chance I can do that on MikroTik router side?

You might be able to block RTC by blocking it’s underlying transport layer.
