bonding 2 modems with RB14eU

want to know if it is possible to do bonding using 2 modems and 2 sims with this router RB14eU\RB953GS-5HnT
for start I want it to work another router with the same RB14eU\RB953GS-5HnT
so the system will work only point to point .
