Bonding (802.3ad) + Switch = Poor performance

Hi guys! I am having performance issues with bonding between rb750gr3 and Netgear switch GS108tv2.

First, I configured 2 interfaces (ether4 and ehter5) with bonding (802.3ad) on the mikrotik and set transmit-hash-policy to “layer 2 and 3”.

On the other hand, I created a LACP(dynamic) on the switch and connected between them. Everything seems work fine, VLANS, NAT, forwarding between VLANs…but after few minutes throughput goes down and does not exceed 1-2MB/sec (everything else still works except bandwidth).

I tried to solve this issue changing transmit-hash-policy of bonding to “layer 2” among other things and problem go away till few minutes that bandwidth goes down another time. Also tried another switch (Cisco sg200-08p) with same configuration and the problem persists…

At this moment I had to disable bonding and only use one interface, I’m desesperate.

Anyone can help me?

Sorry for my bad english

My question is about the link aggregation problem, the same ccr1016, one can fail another ccr1016bonding, just the switch is different, after searching the forum, I found this post and I have the same problem, please can get the answer. Is the switch required to support the lacp protocol to do the bonding operation?

"after few times throughput goes down and does not exceed 1-2MB/sec (everything else still works except bandwidth)."

This phenomenon is exactly the same as my failure.
