Do we have any definitive information on the pre-bootup config for switch chips in the low-end MT routers (HAP AC in particular)?
For example, in the first few seconds of power-up, are the ports switched together (before the OS is running?).
I have an old RB750GL the definitely lets the ports talk in the first few seconds of power-on.
I know this is not the case for ports that are connected via separate *MII.
