Browser, SSH & Winbox Do NOT Work, Android App Works

hAP AC2, Latest firmware 6.49.5 License evel 4
Problem:
Cannot access via IP address using Browser (Chrome) or PuTTy
Cannot access via Winbox using MAC address or IP address

Here is what I have done so far:
Can ping device
Can access unit with Android app
Checked IP services: SSH, Telnet, Winbox and www all are ON
Web Proxy No.
User names and pwds are correct.
Checked IP address - it is correct.
Subnet mask: is correct

What have I missed?

Perhaps he meant latest vers 6 firmware. :slight_smile:

That would be 6.49.8.

But then, we might have missed some of 6.49.5 versions (I never realized there are multiple).

@OP: since you didn’t show the actual configuration, we can only assume that you might have missed something even when doing those checks …
