BTest on Windows very slow?!?!

When i use BTest on Windows it cannot perform. All i get are ridiculously slow connections like fee hundred bps up to 2 kbps.

I tried it on several PCs and on several networks, even tried BTest between two PCs connected via switch. It is always the same, it reprorts ridiculously slow connections.

I tried it on Windows 10 and Windows 8. Same result.

Earlier, it worked like a charm.

Is this known issue?

Confirm. BTest.exe as client to 6.48.1 show extremely low speeds.

With ROS 6.48.0 works well.

Observed performance under 1 kbps from windows test tool v0.1 to the local router with ROS 7.7. Windows 11.
When started with ‘Run as administrator’, looks like fixed, got over 100 Mbps.
