I have several Chateaus (LTE and 5G) and on some occasions the modem loses connectivity with the message “connect failed”, in the Chateau LTE with the Modem FG621-EA it is solved by restarting the USB Bus 2, but when trying the same in the 5G with the RG502Q-EA modem I get “ERROR: pcie card detected”.
I have tried multiple ways to do it, for example with various AT commands, but nothing has worked… sometimes it is not enough to just disable and enable the LTE interface that is why I need to restart it.
Is there any way to reset them other than restarting the mikrotik completely?
