cache and proxy for multi wan

Dear all ;
long time i didn’t write in the forum .
i am looking to know how to set my MikroTik server to be a cache and proxy server for multi WAN topology .
i tried many times to do it before but it not work
here i would like to ask all who know how to make this .
then i could tell you what i did before .

is my request impossible ?
i could use cache server after each internet system , but this is not a solution because i need to save the power as well .
we work most the time on generators and inventors .
waiting your feedback .

Dear all ;
it seems that my request is not possible to be done .
so i have to put a cache server behind each internet modem .
and now need to ask the MT expertise , who to let the users get the cache content with unlimited speed while i have queue rules with brust ?
all what i found talk about the TOS , but no one explain what exactly should we do to get cache content without limitation and non cache content with queue speed .
