CAKE setting help

hi,
i have wifi internet conection. I have 130 download and 100 upload. The problem is Maximum thorough is aprox 13O MB boh ways. At the moment I use this setting

/queue type
add cake-ack-filter=filter cake-diffserv=besteffort cake-nat=yes kind=cake \
    name=Cake

/queue simple
add bucket-size=0.001/0.001 limit-at=100M/100M max-limit=100M/100M name=\
    queue1 queue=Cake/Cake target="ether1 Internet" total-queue=Cake

but it does not count with maximum though in both ways 130 MB.
