can I limit website in proxy from hotspot profile

let say I want to create 2 hotspot user with 2 profiles
I have proxy running on the router
and I want to be able to deny access to www.movies.com in profile 1 but not in profile 2

can I do this?
deny access depend on the proflie?

set up firewall(set the hotspot on extra) and mangle rules with layer7 filter for the subnet you want to block access from. check this example:
