Can layer7 filter Block DCC transfer from IRC?
It exist a layer7 pattern for IRC-DCC?

YOIu can always find it out yourself - just download Wireshark take a dump of several different DCC connections and find similarities - create a filter for those similarities.
Of course there might be a problem that you drop something else.
Wireshark, ok, but I m a newbie on layer7 pattern writing. 
Somebay can help my to define a strategy to mark DCC connections?
