can RB953GS-5HnT-RP with dual active 4g dongle and wireless turn on

Hi all,
i have google around but cant seem to have the answer for the following devices.

  1. can i have dual active 4g connection (dongle or sim card) for RB953GS-5HnT-RP with load balancing traffic running on the board ? to maximize the connection speed ?
  2. the card support 5GHz, will it be compatible with 2.5Ghz ?
  3. can i have dual active 4g connection (dongle or sim card) and wireless connection activate at the same time ?
