Can we do NAT between 2 LAN ports of single MikroTik-750 router?

Hi,

I am trying to connect two pc with different IP address using MikroTik 750 router using NAT.
I connected one PC on port3 and other PC on port5 but not able to ping from one PC to other.
On internet I searched regarding NAT but everywhere they give NAT with LAN and WAN.
But I didn’t found example which mentions that NAT between 2 LAN port of router.

So my basic question is that can we do NAT between 2 LAN port as I mention early using single MikroTik 750 router?
