Cannot add port to bridge if any other port is a master

Interface 1: Master-Port = None
Interface 2: Master-Port = Interface 1
Interface 3: Master-Port = Interface 1
Interface 4: Master-Port = None
Interface 5: Master-Port = None

Add Interface 1 to bridge

Try to add Interface 4 or Interface 5 to bridge:

ERROR: Couldn’t add New Bridge Port - bridging master-port with other port from same switch group not supported for this switch (6)

BUT… They are NOT in same switch group. They are NOT in ANY switch group!

However, if you disable Interface 4 and Interface 5, you can add them to the bridge and the re-enable them.

Is this a bug, or do I misunderstand this?

well, if you can do that with that workaround - then it’s a bug. please check it in v4.2, and if it’s still here - report to support@mikrotik.com
