CCR-1016 BOOT LOOPING

MY CCR-1016 DOESN´T RESET! AND IT DOES NOT APPEARS ON MY NETINSTALL. THE LIGHTS OF THE SFP´S DOESN´T TURN ON!
WHEN APPEARS ON SCREEN " STARTING SERVICES " THE MESSAGE IS " REBOOTING " .
I DONTO KNOW HOW TO USE THE SERIAL CONSOLE !

I NEED HELP!
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!
