CCR problem, users lost, cant do anything.

I have my CCR 1016 strange problem.

I tried to log in today - bad password.
After few tries i guessed up to log in as admin / no password - success.

  1. User configurations - lost.
  2. Cant make backup - winbox error
  3. Cant make export - error like this:
    export file=test
    file operation error
  4. Cant remove any file on disk - Action Failed - 84% disk free.
  5. Cant make supout

I`am afraid to reboot… any idea to check where is problem?

Same situation after 5 hours.

All users conf is lost…

Sounds like the NAND has probably corrupted/broken.

Restore a local backup onto spare device and deploy it, assuming you took backups locally and have spare devices for a production network?

It is, a reboot will restore it in the short term, 6.16 will fix it in the long term.

Hi. We just started seeing the same symptoms on our CCR 1009 running 6.15. Did reboot fix? What about netinstall?

Reboot fixed it for us, just waiting on 6.16 release now.
