Good morning,
I have recently been having a problem with my CCR2116. As a general rule, it is working perfectly without any problems. However, randomly and for no apparent reason, the fans start to speed up and stop, and I begin to have problems.
The entire network continues to redirect and function perfectly with internet etc..., but it does not allow me to perform various tasks such as the following:

I cannot log in via Winbox or the console via PuTTY either. However, I can access it via SSH or the web, but with a lot of delay; some features do not even show me any information.
I am sending you a video of what I am referring to. When I restart the router, it begins to function perfectly until the next time this occurs.

Why don't you do what's already written in the image?

I can't make a suppout file with the bug....
But you can still contact support and make the supout.rif file when it works...
I have contacted support. At first, they followed up on the incident, but now they have not responded for two months (they are probably waiting for the equipment warranty to expire).
Apparently, this happens right after the following errors appear in the system:
Dec 13 11:36:44 172.16.1.1 health,warning PSU2 entered state FAIL
Dec 13 11:36:44 172.16.1.1 health,warning fans entered state FAIL
I have tried swapping the power cable between each of the power supplies, as I am currently only using one, but the problem persists. The only thing that changes is the message between PSU2 and PSU1. This problem occurs randomly. It can happen four days after restarting the router, or 20 days can go by without any incidents.
To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the product. After spending almost €1,000 on it, I cannot leave it on at home when I go on holiday, as I would not be able to access it and the fans would keep speeding up and slowing down until I returned.
