Certificates: why I need to reboot after a cert file upload

Hi,

I try the following feature in all MT versions. I need to have certificates for the https in hotspot service. So, I have SSL certificates (signed by a Certificate Authorizy). However, I have a problem: I upload the certificate files to MT, and I can not decrypt the certificates if previously I do not reboot the MT. Why it happens?

I must reboot the MT after I upload the certificates. Strange!! Any explanation??

Thanks!!

There is no need to reboot the router to load the certificate. Upload the file, import the certificate, decrypt it, and use it in hotspot. What part doesn’t work?
Please make the support output file when you can’t decrypt it and send it to support@mikrotik.com
Also what error message does it gives you when you can’t decrypt?

I will do.
But I advance for version prvious to 2.9.39 you have to reboot to load the certificate successfully.
