Changing the default IP address

Hello,

I would like to change the default IP address from 192.168.88.1 to 192.168.10.1 (for example).

I have set the DHCP pool range to reflect the subnet, so it used to be:

192.168.88.2-192.168.88.254

I changed it to 192.168.10.2-192.168.10.254

I set the IP address from IP > addresses from 192.168.88.1 to 192.168.10.1 and set the network to 192.168.10.0/24

When I reboot the router and connect a DHCP client, the client is getting 192.168.10.254 and gateway of 192.168.10.1 but no internet access. I noticed from ipconfig/all that the subnet mask was assigned as: 255.255.255.255

I don’t know what to do. Any help is appreciated.

My guess is your DHCP pool or server config is messed up. If you post your export I can fix it.

Maybe you have a problem in your NAT config. Did you check you check your IP/Firewall/NAT Config?

Did you check your NAT Config?

Delete the dhcp server settings by dhcp
Delete the dhcp pool go to “ip” further to “pool”

Make that your interface have the write ip adres (192.168.10.1/24) fot example
Go to dhcp server and setup dhcp server

Don’t forgot to change the nat rules bij “ip” “firewall” “nat”
