Chateau Pro ax - Wi-Fi radio stops completely [failed to set country]

Here TWO DIFFERENT issues are mixed together, they may seem similar, but they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT:

1. Beetle's and oleg037's reported issue is about something in RouterOS periodically (days) stopping wifi AND NOT connected to USB port usage
2. uross's and leosfsm's reported problems are about USB (3.0) devices interfering with wifi.

The first can only be resolved (hopefully) by Mikrotik in a new ROS relaease.

The second is a known issue affecting a lot of routers, not only the Chateau and not only Mikrotik ones, USB 3.0 uses frequencies that are near or overlapping the Wifi 2.4 GHz ones, some devices (or the cable used to connect them to the router USB port) are less shielded than other ones and some routers are more sensitive (or have their antennas too near to the USB port) and these USB 3.0 signals are to all effects a radio jammer (but only for the 2.4 GHz radio, the 5 GHz one sould be unaffected by this).

To expand on the above replies the USB bus (USB 3.x) uses frequencies around 2.4 GHz. These conflict with 2.4 GHz radio operation (but not of course on 5 GHz). If you "downgrade" the USB device to USB 2.x (by using a USB 2.0 extension cable, as an example) these interferences will go away, but of course the USB flash stick or ssd will be much slower.
