CHR loses licenses after upgrade routerOS version

Hi community!
I have a little issue with routerOS license in CHR after upgrade version. In my job we have a server with routerOS (CHR) and the moment of installation haved routerOS v7.8, but for hold all routers with more stable version, maked a upgrade.
When the “router” recovered after reboot, don’t work correctly and was very strange, however, for my surprise if make this, the CHR loses license, the router have a license level 1 and not level 6. I can’t understand the reason, we trayed recover the license from CHR licenses page in personal Mikrotik account (Official web page) and don’t have expected result. So for fast purpose and resolve our problem, we buy a new license.
So the question is, ¿Anybody haved this a similar problem? and if the answer is yes, How solve the issue?
Thank you very much for take the time for reed my post and if anybody have a solve or process to this issue apreciated your comments.

Regards.

Are you sure you are using CHR, not the x86 system?

In fact, license levels 0 to 6 belong only to the x86 versions,
while the CHRs have levels Free, P1, P10, P-unlimited and 60-day-trial

The first thing someone do, in that case, before buying the license again,
was to reload the CHR image backup that... someone had surely done before the upgrade...
...then contact MikroTik for clarifications on the matter...
