Chr on Hyper-V and 802.1ad

Hi,
I have done some tests on the QinQ on Hyper-v hosted CHR, I have tried both the simple Vlan in Vlan and the service tag (QinQ 802.1ad), but I can’t get it to work.

has anyone succeeded? I can’t found any documentation about QinQ support for Hyper-V.

I tested now and no success at all.
Hyper-V looks like discarding packets that are double tagged.

I will search and see if someone else got it to work.

That is true. in HyperV, you have to allow selected VLANs on the v-switch. However they do not give you ability to allow double-tagged (service tags) VLANS. It has something to do with Microsofts silly idea that hyperV should never touch service VLAN and that should be only for “those above you who manage your datacenter”. I remember I read about that in the past and then switched from hyperV to esxi.
