Client side VPN connection issues

Hello everyone..

I have an ongoing issue with clients side VPN not being able to connect.

My setup:
CORE ROUTER > PPP Router > Switch > Clients

Most of our users are unable to connect to their VPN. It works fine with other ISP’s using the same wifi router.

I am unable to pinpoint the problem. Need to fix this ASAP as I am loosing important customers due to this issue.

bit more serious advice: If you are losing customers, hire a consultant. If you want help, no matter where, provide info. Without info, nobody can help.
