Clients keep getting disconnected from hot-spot and staff

Hi,
Have an RB1100AHx2 with 3 Groove devices attached to provide wireless for staff and guest hot-spot.
Both types are being kicked off for the past few weeks and there has not been any changes made to grooves or RB100AHx2.

Log shows entries like:

hotspot,info,debug guest (192.168.120.214): logged out: keepalive 
timeout

How can we stop people from being kicked off?
