How many concurrent users mikrotik routerOS can support in unlimited license of level 6 with 500-600Mbit download bandwidth ?

For 2000 concurrent users with 500-600 Mbit BW what kind of hardware is recommended?

The ROS level6 license supports an unlimited number of concurrent users subject to the ability of your hardware.

The CCR1036 can handle 600mbps with 2000 concurrent users effortlessly.

I’m almost sure even a CCR1009 will do this.
some weeks ago I had 5’000 users with 800mbps (NATted and some (20?) firewall rules) and the average CPU load was below 15%…
