Does configuration include in Mikrotik support when we purchases RouterOS?
The default config in most instances is good to go to connect to the internet and connect a home LAN.
The default config is FREE!

You can change the config all you want - MAX FLEXIBLE USER EXPERIENCE, for Free.
Everything else will cost you - MT provides a world wide list of consultants for your own complex scenario.
Good News - There are many helpful experts (I am not one of them - unless you also hear voices in your head that state always use vlans - like WINDEX in the movie My Greek Wedding, vlans fix everything 
) on these forums that will assist you when you start venturing from the default config. Forum advice = FREE.
