Connect to IPS

Hello,

I need a little help to connect my RB2011U correctly to my ISP.
What I have tried is working, but I hope there a better way. Because all the DHCP requests and broadcast are spamming my ISP on the ether1 port.
My ISP gives a ‘RJ45 connector’ with a VLAN30 and VLAN8, VLAN30 is for internet and VLAN8 for television.

Thanks.

On ether1 of the RB2011U I have connect the ISP.
On ether2-4 I will internet, the other part is for later.

VLAN
name: VLAN30_internet
VLAN ID: 30
Interface: ether1

DHCP Client (for my public IP-address)
Interface: VLAN30_internet

Bridge: bridge-internet

DHCP-server (for the local IP-addresses)
Name: DHCP-internet
Interface: bridge-internet
Address Pool: 192.168.30.1

Bridge Ports
Interface: VLAN30_internet
Bridge: Bridge-internet
Interface: ether2
Bridge: Bridge-internet
Interface: ether3
Bridge: Bridge-internet
Interface: ether4
Bridge: Bridge-internet

Remove the bridge!

Yes, remove the bridge as first solution
Or workaround: disable rstp/stp protocols.

The mt is not good in L2 protocols. own experience.

Ok?
The bridge on the Interface: VLAN30_internet ?

I thought that I must config a bridge to connect the DHCP and assign the ether-ports together?

And how will the ether-ports 2-4 nat to the internet?
