i have configured mikrotik in my net cafe…
and
i want to control winbox from my home through internet..
and also tell me how to configure connection in windows…
plzz see diagram

Winbox serves in port 8291
Open tcp port 8291 on the dsl router at work..and map it at 192.168.1.2 port 8291.
Than connect through winbox at: 176…x.xx:8291

and the ip address is for opening winbox 116.71.xxx.xxx which is in diagram

You can change the configuration in your DSL Modem to Bridge mode, and let Mikrotik dial the PPPoE.
Then you’ll get the Public IP on the Mikrotik.
