Could not get index: Fatal error.

I can ping the router… but when I try to winbox I get “Could not get index: Fatal error” and no customers are working and I cannot make it watchdog…

What is the problem, what is going on… THis is going to require an hour and a half drive to fix!! :frowning:

What does this error mean?

first try to FTP upgrade it, maybe something will be fixed, also try winbox from another PC, maybe it’s a PC problem.
