could'nt change IP service <www> - feature is not implemented

Good morning!
I am trying to enable browser access to my RB, but i’m getting the message: “could’nt change IP service - feature is not implemented (2)”.
BTW, I can’t change the “www” port. When I try to change I get the same message.
Anyone can help me on these errors?

browser access should be on by default
what RouterOS version are you using? can you do a “/export” and paste here ?

The Router OS version is 6.37.2.

If you enable it by removing disabled=yes can you then change the settings?

If I try IP > Services > www > enable; I got the error “couldn’t change IP service - feature is not implemented”.

On terminal, I tried these commands:

1- set www address=192.168.0.0/24 disabled=no port=8888
Error message: error - contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (2)

2- set www address=192.168.0.0/24 port=8888
Nothing happens.

[UPDATE]
I attached the window with the error message.
I could change the www port, but I can’t enable the www access.
On the first post, I can’t neither enable or change the port.
Then, I disabled and finally I could change the port.
But now, I can’t enable the www service.
