Creating openvpn server with static ips for clients.

Hello,

I am having the following setup. PC ---- MIKROTIK ----- PC
The left pc is on ubuntu the right pc is windows 10 os. I need to put openvpn server on the mikrotik and give out a static ip(s) on the pc clients. Is it possible to do so? I know for a fact its possible if my server was on ubuntu or windows os but i failed to find any helpful information when the server is on Mikrotik.
