CRS-328-4C-20S-4S+RM: No Connection on Gigabit interfaces after power cycle

Hi, I have a CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM that gives me problems after a Power cycle:

When I unplug the switch and power it up right away, I don’t get a connection on the Gigabit Interfaces. The SFP+ Interfaces seem to be ok. The gigabit interfaces show as running, but activity/connections LEDs are off. On the PC connected, it shows that a 10Mbit connection is active. Strangly a port that is not in use shows as active on the leds, but not in the console.

When I leave it unplugged for a couple of minutes, and then power it up again, the interface comes up as it should and everything works fine.

If i do a “/system/restart” while the interface is working it will also work after the restart. If I do the same while the interface is not working, it will also not work after the restart.

A netinstall did not solve the issue. Currently I am running 7.3.1 - i also upgraded the firmware.

Any help is very much appreciated.

I’m having the same problem. New product. Routeros Release 6.41.3 update Release 6.48.6.
It worked for 1 day. After turning it off and on again it didn’t work properly.
Does not turn on all the LEDs, does not work network. No Initialize Netinstall.
