I have problem to get visible usb port for E173-U2 modem on CRS125-24g-1s-RM … I’ve already set AT^UDIAG=1 on the modem but still nothing…

I found this on wiki but still nothing … maybe I’m doing it wrong ?! 
I should power cycle the whole router or only USB?
I’ve also tested the same modem on 951G-2HnD and on this hardware it works. So the issue is only on the CRS 
What modem should work with CRS without problems ?
