Good morning, I created 3 vlans assigning them to 3 different ports (ether9,10,11) of my CRS326.
Port 10 is the vlan(with id 10) for the nas and since I have the nas on top of the CRS I wanted to figure out how I can configure the ports, e.g. ether12,13,14, assigned to the vlan(id 10) without having to put an additional switch.
Thanks, Alberto
Hopefully you know some basics about what VLANs really are (some vendors use this acronym for things which are technically not VLANs). As to how to configure VLANs on ROS device, here’s a great tutorial with example configuration for different use cases. Your CRS is 100% compatible with the explained way of doing it, if you stumble upon some tutorials describing different ways, disregard them immediately.
That reading was most useful.
Thank you
