CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM + CRS326-24G-2S + RM SFP and SFP+ Module problem

Hi all
I have this two switches
CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM
CRS326-24G-2S + RM

and these SFP modules
Ubiquiti UF-RJ45-10G for SFP+ port
Ubiquiti UF-RJ45-1G for SFP port

Mirotik S-RJ01 or S+RJ10 these aren’t available

My setup :

CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM running DHCP on Bridge Name: LANBridge ip 10.10.10.2/24
Bridge ports SFP2 and Combo2
SFP2 negotiation set to 1Gbps
Combo2 negotiation set auto

CRS326-24G-2S + RM
dhcp client on Bridge 1
Bridge1 ports ether1 ether3
ether1 negotiation set to 1Gbps
ether3 connected with my pc

option 1
CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM SFP2 negotiation set to 1Gbps sonnected to CRS326-24G-2S + RM ether1 negotiation set to 1Gbps
it says link ok but i dont get ip form dhcp

option 2
CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM Combo2 negotiation set auto connected to CRS326-24G-2S + RM ether1 negotiation set auto (works auto or 1Gbps)
Link ok and i get ip from DHCP

SFP module is not working with auto negotiation

Question is
SFP module are not compatible or I made somthing wrong

…a lot (at least all I know) of people have tried modules from ubiquiti (note, not ones from other vendors, that are marked generally compatible) and failed.
These buggers are cheap…must be a reason behind that.
Buy the next, marked generic from amazonia or the bay and go with it…or use the 80m version from fs.com…these report to be fine…and cooler

Try apply following configuration to port where the UF-RJ45-1G module is plugged - disabled auto-negotiation, forced speed to 1G, and enabled full-duplex. Module re-plug may be needed.

as you can see on attached picture
disabling negotation only shows link ok
but i am not getting IP from DHCP
