Can someone confirm if a username of admin and a blank password is the correct default username and password for the RB4011 GS+RM . I cannot access the router via the browser. Winbox sees the router but says the password is incorrect. I have tried to factory reset the router however I have no way to confirm that the reset is actually successfully completing

Check sticker on your box, there should be password on it if device is purchased recently. My RB4011 arrived without a password but I bought my about 2 years ago.

Username is admin, but Mikrotik started randomizing the password for their newer products like the RB4011, so you must check the sticker in the box, on the router, on the box, wherever there is one. Worst case netinstall or flashfig

Same story, the default password on the router doesn’t work for me either.
And you also tried admin/blank ?
Be careful if there is a sticker, make photo at least x3.
Try combinations of 0 and O, upper i / lowercase L / 1, …
I’ve even seen cases with O being shown in the password which actually should be zero whereas in the MAC address zero was shown as it should be, with the slash across. Go figure …
It’s only recently I noticed they started to avoid those confusing characters and use a font which really shows difference between O and 0 (zero).
But it might take a while before that ripples through everywhere.
