Default username and blank password not working

I have a h AP ac lite rb952ui-5ac2nd-us that I would like to reconfigure.

The RouterOS version is v6.48.4

After doing a factory reset, I use a browser to access 192.168.0.1 but am unable to login using admin and no password.
The message says Authentication failed: Invalid username or password.
I get the same result using a couple of ethernet ports, and also connecting via wi-fi.

The label on the box, and the label on the bottom of the router do not specify a default userid or password.

I have seen several internet postings that discuss this issue, but I have not found a solution.

Any useful suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unless there is something different, the default IP should be 192.168.88.1 - not 192.168.0.1
Are you sure you are communicating with the hAP ac lite?

The solution is simle: ask where you buy the device.

Some companies to prevent their STOLEN devices from being reused,
customize the parameters of the device if they attempt a factory reset: It’s not yours, because you should have access to it.
Usually those who ask these questions after buying it are the wrong person to ask for information,
they should ask the person who bought it from, but often who knows why they don’t ask where they “bought” it…

So if you bought it lawfully, the most logical thing to do is ask for information from who you bought it from.
