How do I deliver internet access to a client whitout they will “see” my network?
Is eoip and pppoe the way to go?

Depending on your exact setup it may be preferable to run MPLS/VPLS and tunnel that customer’s traffic that way.

I rather not change from ospf to mpls because of its kind of a big job.
You would not run MPLS instead of OSPF - you would run it in addition. Your overall situation isn’t clear - e.g. is this a one-off client? EoIP works but MPLS/VPLS might be more efficient.
From a central rb1000 I have several ptp links where a central AP is installed,
I have about 10 APs where the clients are connected.
Today we deliver internet via ospf routing, The client receives their public IP but the also see our network via traceroute etc
