I was simply wondering is there any LTE router which supports non-contiguous intra band carrier aggregation. I was struggling to find anything that lists whether its capable or not. There is two band 3 cells from my ISP in my area because my ISP took over another ISP a few years ago and re-purposed their equipment. My ISP’s sites operate on a different band 3 frequency within the same band , i.e. EARFCN 1700, which is 1855MHz and the other EARFCN 1275 is 1812.5MHz.
So I’m trying to get band 3+3+20 If thats doable with triple CA, Or even just 3+3 in this specific case.
I assume that a device that are compatible with a specified band, it is compatible with all EARFCN of that band.
Regards.
So the Chateau 12 LTE router is capable of non contiguous intra band ca ? It even appears to have triple band ca so if 3+3+20 in any order. That’d be great.
I noticed the R11e LTE6 in the top right corner (I have the LHG dish R11eLTE6 kit and it is NOT capable of non-contiguous intra band ca) I assume that page is for the chateau 12 router ?
R11e-LTE6 supports inter-band CA and contiguous intra-band CA.
[** R11e-LTE6 doesn’t support non-contiguous intra-band CA **] (this is what I’m looking for)
The first is the R11e-LTE6 interface of your LHG. The second is Chateau LTE12 router.
The image is right?
LHG LTE6 kit: 1 and 3 is supported but 2, no.
EARFCN 1700 – Band 3 (20MHz bandwidth @ 1855MHz (DL) - 1760MHz (UL))
EARFCN 1275 – Band 3 (15MHz bandwidth @ 1812.5MHz (DL) - 1717.5Mhz (UL))
Right?
I suggest to contact directly with MikroTik support.
Regards.
