DHCP + Radius & Filter-Id attribute / Dynamic Firewall Chains

I’m running ROS 7.15 and am authorizing DHCP via FreeRadius using Agent & Circuit ids and it’s working for the most part. I’m include a ‘Filter-Id’ as part of the Radius reply but nothing gets populated in the the firewall rules. I can see the ‘Filter-Id’ being included when debugging the Radius reply, but the Mikrotik doesn’t seem to do anything with the attribute or value.

Per a previous post, ‘Invalid’ rules will get created if the chain doesn’t exist: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/using-mikrotik-radius-rules-dinamicas-filter-id/32125/1

Do Radius ‘Filter-Ids’ only work when using Hotspot?

Reading trough https://wiki.mikrotik.com/Manual:RADIUS_Client doesn’t list any restrictions or requirements
