I want to know if possible to disconnect dhcp users from RADIUS server using PoD or CoA in any version of RouterOS. I know that for PPPoE works but i can’t make it works with DHCP. I have tested by several ways with many combination of attributes but always get “Session-Context-Not-Found” or “Unsupported-Extension”

No, and it is not Mikrotik-specific. There is no mechanism in DHCP to revoke a lease and communicate that to the client. Once a device has been granted an address it is free to use that address until the lease time expires, even if you remove the current lease from the DHCP server. Large ISPs often have short lease times (in the order of 1-5 minutes) so changes propagate in a timely fashion.
