Simply switch off the distance readings in your list. It is just an estimated number, based on the round-trip delay of packets.
If any packet comes in (lets say) 1ms late, that will estimated to 300km distance, because the speed of light in the calculation. 
So the number depends on the other end answer-generating capability and speed.
It’s just a router, not a radar.
