DNAT stupid entry

For some tests I’ve add a rule like this

 ip firewall nat add chain=dstnat protocol=tcp dst-port=0-65535 action=dst-nat to-addresses=10.10.10.10 to
-ports=0-65535

so… after this I lost a connection to this router of course. Any ideas about how to disable this rule and/or restore managment on router without console login?
Any additional information will be provided on demand

use serial console to access router

use MAC WinBox (if you have direct access to the router) or MAC Terminal (from the neighbour MT router)

MAC telnet rulls
