Hey I’m IT guy but not Network nor Mikrotik expert. I've recently discovered wired issue between popular home routers hAP AC3 AX3 and lite access point AC3 with IOS devices. Basically issue is for all new configured wifi SSID with WPA encryption. I can't connect iPhones or iPads where Windows or others devices are working. I've restore default configuration to test it better and each time after adding simply WPA settings the issue appears again, open networks are working and those which are saved on iPhone. I've recently updated Firmware on all my Mikrotiks, maybe that generate the issue - not sure (Router Board ipq4000, ipq6000). Mikrotiks are fully updated (software 7.22.3 & firmware 7.22.3 - stable), latest IOS iPhones 14 and ipad 9 but probably on others also. I’m not an expert and I would messed up something I’ve tried many configuration including CAPSMAN, simple or even default and It’s working for other devices not IOS the same. If I have network configured on the phone it’s working, if it’s new, I can’t connect. Have you observe such issue also? (It can be probably easily tested by adding new SSID to such router and tested - check firmware version. Thanks in advance for help.
Check that you are not having this issue (caused by using Winbox 3 for some wifi related settings on 7.22.x ):
